Thanks for the response. It is a Socket 370 (I'm using the same board . . . Abit BM6). I just wasn't sure if there was a special HS/Fan needed for a flipchip. I have been running a Celeron 366@550, but I'm upgrading to a FC 566@850. Can I use the same GlobalWin HS/Fan that I was using on the 366, or do I need to get a different type for the FlipChip?
