the case i reviewed has a blank slot for a firewire port...but there is not cabling built-in like the usb ports are with mobo connectors, etc. i imagine you would need to buy a firewire kit that has the port and internal wiring. check the usual spots like newegg, kdcomputers, maybe svc, etc.

I see that there is a space for a firewire port. Does anybody know if it is accessible for a firewire connection? If so, how difficult is it to setup?

not the prettiest...but it does come with a decent power supply, exhaust, and handle :)
